People love to confess, you’re right there-- but only under favorable circumstances. And that’s what I’ve been talking about. Few would imagine telling the things they do on blogs about their intimate lives at work to their boss. That’s because on a blog you can actually get money from this. (Plus, all other reasons I mentiined) At a job you would get fired. In the same way, few criminals would confess if promised the death sentence upon confession. It’s always the promise of less punishment that brings about confession. Thus, I’d say people love to confess only if there’s a reward to it- physical or psychological.
